The CVNRA Visitor’s Center

This visitor’s center is entirely dedicated to canal history, complete with a working lock that may be viewed in operation on weekends. An exceptionally well restored canal era building houses the center with a lock model, videos and historic canal photos. A number of publications relating to the canals are available for browsing or purchase and the personnel are most helpful.
